This property is a smoke-free environment, and smoking is not permitted within or outside the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. No parties or events are allowed, and there is a late check-out fee of $50 per hour. There's a $100 penalty fee for removing smoke detectors. No weapons or firearms are allowed, and violators will be reported to the police with the contract immediately terminated. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM. The home is monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term stays of 30 days or more will be subject to a background search and credit check. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. A $200 penalty applies for lost key fobs, and no outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay, and a valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. The maximum allowed is two pets with a combined weight of 40 lbs, excluding Pit Bulls, Bull Mastiffs, and similar breeds.
