This apartment is thoughtfully designed to accommodate a family, group of friends, or business travelers, offering all the amenities necessary for a comfortable stay. Enjoy resort-style amenities including a heated pool, jacuzzi hot tub, fitness center, and a large outdoor fireplace. The apartment features quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed internet, modern decor, a Smart TV with streaming apps, a washer and dryer, complimentary coffee, and a patio. Please note that stairs may be required as the apartment is not wheelchair accessible.

Add-ons

Guests have access to the entire apartment and all building amenities. Pets are allowed with a maximum of two pets weighing a combined 40lbs, excluding certain breeds. An additional pet fee is based on the length of stay and is collected separately. Emotional Support Animals may incur a pet fee and can be declined from stays. All pets must be on a leash when outside on the property.

Keep in mind

This property is a smoke-free environment. Smoking is not permitted within or outside the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement and may result in immediate termination and recovery fees starting at $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Guests must provide a valid photo ID to complete the booking. The maximum age requirement for the primary person booking is 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and there is zero tolerance for violations, with police involvement if necessary. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM. The home is monitored with decibel sensors to ensure compliance with the noise policy. Long-term stays of 30 days or more require a background search and credit check.
