Fully equipped for all your cooking needs, you’ll find everything you need to whip up a southern meal right here in the heart of the home. The living room is chic and sophisticated with stylish modern furniture, offering plenty of seating options including sofas, couches, and a chaise lounge. The dining area provides a comfortable environment for spending time with your loved ones, whether you prefer a sit-down meal at the dinner table or would rather keep the chef company at the breakfast bar.

Add-ons

Free parking is available to guests with plenty of space on the driveway and in the two-car garage. A laundry room with a washer and dryer is available for your use. Pets are welcome with a surcharge to cover the cleaning fee. An additional nightly rate applies for more than six guests. The maximum number of cars allowed are two cars in the garage and three cars in the driveway.

Home office set-up

The home is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, making it remote work-friendly. A laptop computer is not included.

Keep in mind

We do not allow parties or large unauthorized gatherings at our property. Only registered guests will be allowed over while you are renting our property. A noise alert device is installed to monitor decibel levels and ensure compliance with local noise ordinances. The fireplace is gas-operated and should not be left unattended. No street parking is allowed due to City Parking Regulations. Self-check-in is available, and you will receive an email with instructions prior to your arrival.
