Welcome to your serene retreat in the heart of the Poconos! This beautiful four-bedroom, three-bathroom home offers a perfect blend of comfort and adventure, making it an ideal escape for families and groups. Nestled among the trees for a private and tranquil atmosphere, this home is just minutes from the sparkling waters of Arrowhead Lake. As you arrive, you’ll be enchanted by the spacious deck, complete with outdoor seating, a BBQ grill, and an al fresco dining space. Gather around the firepit at night to watch the stars twinkle overhead—there’s no better way to end the day.

Inside, you’ll find multiple living areas designed for relaxation and connection. The main level features a cozy living room with a large sofa and TV, perfect for movie nights, alongside a dining table and a fully equipped kitchen. An additional living room boasts an antique stove and TV, offering a charming spot to unwind. The lower-level lounge provides even more space to spread out, with a second dining area, another fully equipped kitchen, an arcade game, and a bunk bed for extra sleeping accommodations. Your group can choose from four other comfortable bedrooms, including a primary suite with an attached bathroom.

There is a $150 fee during booking for community registration. The additional amount will be paid separately if the total fee exceeds the initial amount collected. This fee is used to pay the community renter fees including transaction fee per rental, gate card fee, and temporary membership. Registrations within 3 days are allowed, but to encourage early registration and to help staff manage incoming registrations, a late fee of $100 will be imposed for registrations made less than 3 days prior to arrival. No same-day registrations are allowed. This home accepts a maximum of 2 pets (dogs only) for a fee. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home, there is a fine of $500 per pet. Parking is available for 4 cars onsite.

Smoking is strictly prohibited within the house. However, smoking is allowed outside the home. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $300 smoking fee and liability for any fire or property damage costs. Occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in the property. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. IDs will be requested for verification after booking. Renters must be 25+ years old to rent. This home does not have private trash collection, thus trash will have to be brought to the community compactor.
