Enjoy the view from the rocking chairs on the covered deck or get cozy around the fire pit with wood Adirondacks. The home provides lake and beach access with 10 wristbands available during the summer months. Unfortunately, the golf cart is not available for guest use. Home essentials are included for your convenience.

Guests have access to a 24/7 support team and a tech-enabled concierge to book services such as fridge stocking, mid-stay cleanings, and private chefs. Parking is available for 8 or more cars onsite.

A mini-split system is available in the shared living area, and individual window units are provided for the bedrooms during the summer.

Pets may be allowed, but unauthorized pets may incur a fine. Community amenity rules and schedules are subject to change. Trash must be taken to the community dumpsters as there is no private trash collection. Guest registration is required upon check-in. Smoking is strictly prohibited within the house, with violations resulting in a $300 smoking fee and liability for any fire or property damage costs. Occupancy limits and quiet hours from 9pm to 8am are enforced, with fines up to $10,000 for noise ordinance violations. Events or parties are not allowed without prior approval and an additional fee. Unauthorized parties will be shut down and fined. Local attractions include Shuman Point Hiking Trail, Big Boulder Ski Area, Camelbeach Mountain Waterpark, Asa Packer Mansion, Bushkill Falls, Pocono Premium Outlets, Mount Airy Casino, and Hickory Run State Park.
