The lodge offers multiple sleeping options across its three levels. The main floor features three king bedrooms with private bathrooms and a bunk room with two sets of triple bunks, each equipped with its own TV and headphones. Upstairs, the Lodge Suite includes a king bed, two custom-designed full-size cubby beds, a nursery with a twin bed, and a full bathroom. The lower level has an additional bedroom with a queen bed and a shared hall bathroom. Entertainment options abound with a game room featuring a PlayStation 5, pool, and poker tables, as well as a movie theater for family movie nights.

Guests can enjoy a range of paid add-ons, including pool heating for an additional fee of $300 per day, with a two-day minimum and advance request required. The property allows a maximum of two pets, subject to approval and a fee of $175 per pet. Undisclosed pets incur a $500 fine per pet. Parking is available on the gravel driveway for up to eight cars, with no parking allowed on the grass or street.
