The main area boasts an open-concept design, featuring a gourmet kitchen where you can whip up delicious meals while still enjoying the company of your loved ones in the adjacent living room and dining area. Step outside, and you'll find yourself in not one, but two inviting outdoor spaces just a few steps away. The covered porch at the front of the house beckons you to sit back and take in the view, while the private deck in the side yard offers an entertainment area and a hot tub for ultimate relaxation. This delightful home is packed with amenities, including a gas fireplace and heat pump with AC in the main living area, Wi-Fi, a stereo system, a collection of DVDs and games, a charming clawfoot tub, a washer and dryer, ample outdoor furniture, and a barbecue for al fresco dining and gatherings.
Guests have access to a 24/7 support team and a tech-enabled concierge to book services such as fridge stocking, mid-stay cleanings, and private chefs.
Due to our septic system, infants are included in max. occupancy. Pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without approval there is a fine of $500 per pet. This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $300 smoking fee and liability for any fire or property damage costs. Occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in the property. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. We do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we cannot always enforce. Guests are strongly advised to deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards. IDs will be requested for verification after booking. We report and prosecute all credit card fraud.
