This adorable two-story home offers two cozy bedrooms and 1 ½ baths and can comfortably sleep up to 6 people. With approximately 1300 square feet of living space, you'll have plenty of room to relax and unwind.
One of the standout features of this home is its unique wraparound jetty. The backyard opens up to a private lake, while the front yard is just across the street from the ocean. You'll have access to a shared private beach, complete with playgrounds, beach fires, and a community-exclusive pool located right on the sound (pool open summer months only). While the lake is not swimmable, kayaks are available for those 18 and older, or you can bring your own row or pedal boat. The rustic but modern interior features brick, a wood beam ceiling, and windows galore to take in the stunning water views. You can access the second floor via the spiral staircase or opt to use the outdoor deck stairs. The deck is the perfect spot for a barbecue and there's plenty of seating. The backyard boasts a large firepit, where you can roast hotdogs while watching bald eagles soar overhead, as well as geese, heron, ducks, otters, and fish jumping. The home is also equipped with all the necessary amenities to cook and do laundry, as well as a smart TV and Alexa for playing music or checking the latest news and weather reports.
Guests have access to a 24/7 support team and a tech-enabled concierge to book services, such as fridge stocking, mid-stay cleanings, and private chefs.
Due to the septic system, infants are included in max. occupancy. Per the Navy's scheduling, there can be flyovers around this home which can be very loud! The schedules are posted 1 week in advance online. 2 pets under 25 lbs are allowed at this home. But pets must be approved in advance and are subject to an additional fee of $150 per pet. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without approval there is a fine of $500 per pet. Ample parking in the driveway. This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $300 smoking fee and liability for any fire or property damage costs. Occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in the property. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. We have enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions. We work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we cannot always enforce. We strongly advise guests to deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards. IDs will be requested for verification after booking.

Totally Beachin’ Getaway is a great place for all ages, with fishing, swimming, and tons of ways to relax. If you're looking for adventure, head to historic downtown Coupeville, just 10 minutes away. There you'll find plenty of things to do, such as grabbing some ice cream, enjoying some mussels, checking out the landmark pub, or visiting the museum of Whidbey Island history. If you want to venture further, you can drive 10 miles north of Coupeville to the town of Oak Harbor and a plethora of stores and restaurants, a roller-skating rink, and even a drive-in movie theater with arcade and go-cart racing! For those who prefer to stay close to home, just a couple of miles away is Fort Casey, where you can explore military history emplacements, fly kites, or hike. Outdoor enthusiasts will enjoy bicycling, fishing, whale watching, and hiking at Admiralty Head Lighthouse, Ebey's Landing Trail, or Loop Trail. You can even take a 30-minute ferry ride to Port Townsend and explore another historic and charming town. Spend the day walking down the main street and enjoy the many shops, restaurants, and attractions.
