Relax and unwind in the cozy living area and take in the beautiful scenery from the deck with seating for 4. Enjoy complimentary high-speed internet and a fully equipped kitchen with a Keurig coffee maker, offering dining for up to 6 people. The private hot tub and full-size washer and dryer make this townhome a home away from home.

We allow service animals at this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home, there is a fine of $500 per pet. As a ski town, many construction projects happen around town all summer with working hours from 7am to 9pm. This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $300 smoking fee and liability for any fire or property damage costs. Occupancy limits and quiet hours from 9pm to 8am are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems are provided for use in the property. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit. A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan is included in the price of your reservation, covering accidental damage up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts, gross negligence, or damages caused by pets. We report and prosecute all credit card fraud. Our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request.
