Upstairs, the kitchen welcomes you with natural pine floors, stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops. The living room has leather furniture, a gas fireplace, a TV with Roku, a DVD player, and a stereo. There is also a small deck with a table and chairs off the dining area that affords a partial mountain view. The third bedroom on this level has a king bed, private balcony, flatscreen TV, and an attached bathroom with a jetted tub/shower combo. The fourth bedroom on the third level has two twin beds with a trundle bed under each and a wall-mounted flatscreen TV. There is also an attached bathroom on this level with a shower/tub. The home also features a private hot tub in the backyard and in-unit washer/dryer.

There is no A/C at this property. Service animals are allowed. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet. Telluride experiences off-seasons in the spring and fall, so many services may not be available to travelers during these times. As a ski town, many construction projects happen around town all summer with working hours from 8 am to 7 pm. This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $300 smoking fee and liability for any fire or property damage costs. Occupancy limits and quiet hours (9 pm-8 am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems are provided for use in the property. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit. Third-party vendors may maintain the property, and although strict CDC guidelines are followed, guests are advised to deny access if vendors fail to meet these standards. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions. We report and prosecute all credit card fraud.
