Perfectly positioned for adventure and relaxation, this apartment offers a private balcony with distant mountain views of the Cascades. Located on the 2nd floor, access requires climbing 2 flights of stairs, and there is no elevator available.

Each unit at Aerie is thoughtfully designed with comfort and convenience in mind. Enjoy a private balcony and hot tub for unwinding after a day of adventure, a fully equipped kitchen stocked with essentials for meal preparation, a cozy living room with comfortable sofas and a TV for movie nights, sleek modern bathrooms, and comfortable bedrooms. In-home laundry and convenient parking ensure a hassle-free stay.

Add-ons

Complimentary dog beds and bowls are available for furry guests. Limited bike storage is located inside the garage, along with ski and snowboard storage lockers. Each unit offers one EV outlet in the garage, but guests must bring their own charger. Parking is available with one garage space and one driveway space per reservation.

Home office set-up

Guests have access to a 24/7 support team and a tech-enabled concierge to book services such as fridge stocking, mid-stay cleanings, and private chefs. A laptop computer is not included.

Keep in mind

This home accepts a maximum of 2 pets, subject to an additional fee of $150 per pet. Undisclosed pets will incur a fine of $500 per pet. The dumpsters outside are for commercial tenants only; shared trash and recycling cans are located inside the garage. Electric grills must be turned off and unplugged after use. Outdoor lighting automatically turns on at dusk and off at dawn. Adjacent commercial and new home construction may be active during workday hours. This is a smoke-free property, and violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $300 smoking fee and liability for any fire or property damage costs. Occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced, with fines up to $10,000 for noise ordinance violations. Unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and fined. IDs will be requested for verification after booking.
