This spacious two-bedroom apartment features inviting living areas, a fully equipped kitchen, and bathrooms complete with toiletries. You can also enjoy the resident roof deck, resident clubroom, in-unit washer and dryer, smart TV with streaming apps installed, TV in the living room, and complimentary coffee. Each unit has individualized elements of design and custom decorative features.

A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. Additionally, the presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays or experiences.

Keep in mind

This property is a smoke-free environment. Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM each day. The apartment is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term guests staying 30 days or more will be subject to a background search and credit check.
