This spacious two-bedroom apartment features an inviting living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and bathrooms complete with toiletries. Building amenities include a large outdoor pool (seasonal, open summer through Labor Day, closed in winter), a sundeck, a fitness center, a grilling area and fireplace, and bike storage. Enjoy in-unit washer and dryer, a smart TV with streaming apps, and complimentary coffee. Each unit has individualized elements of design and custom decorative features.

The apartment allows a maximum of two pets with a combined weight of 40 lbs, excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs. An additional pet fee is based on the length of stay and is collected separately. A pet fee may also be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal.

The apartment is remote work-friendly with a smart TV and Wi-Fi, but a laptop computer is not included.

No smoking or parties are allowed. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and no outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay and a valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 7 AM. The home is monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with the noise policy. Long-term stays (30 days or more) are subject to a background search and credit check.
