This cozy condo, situated across the street from the University of Notre Dame, comes with all kitchen appliances and a washer/dryer. Guests have full access to the unit, except for one locked closet reserved for owner use. Notre Dame fans will appreciate being close to sports stadiums and local bars and eateries.

There are no common amenities on the property.

Guests will be charged in full for any damage or violations of the house rules. Guests must be 18+ years of age to make a reservation. All guests must complete an online check-in form, which may require a photo of government-issued ID and personal information. Check-in starts at 4 pm and checkout is at 11 am. Early check-in or late checkout may be requested but is not guaranteed. Smoking or vaping violations are subject to a 250 USD fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, or repair damages. Illegal drugs, including Marijuana, are prohibited. Parties, gatherings, or events and excessive noise are not allowed, and only listed guests are allowed on the property. Do not share access to the property with anyone not on your guest list. Commercial business work without written consent, illegal activity, and possession of firearms are prohibited. Pets are not allowed, and violation of the pet policy may result in a fine. Guests are responsible for covering the cost to replace lost keys, key cards, fobs, or parking passes. Guests take full responsibility for loss, injury, or damage on the premises and must report any property damage. Unreported damages will be charged to the guest’s credit card. Booking a reservation constitutes an agreement to comply with the House Rules. Guests who violate these rules may be removed from the property. Guests will have my cell number for any questions.
