Description

The home features two living areas, both with smart TVs, along with two eating areas. Three large bedrooms and a full bath are located on the upper level, with an additional bedroom and full bath on the lower level.

This modern-style home boasts modern finishes and great entertainment space both indoors and out. The upper level includes two bedrooms with queen-size beds and one with full-size bunk beds. The lower-level bedroom also has a queen bed, while the living room couch pulls out into a queen bed, and the lower-level sectional couch can be made into a king-size bed.

Guests have access to the entire house, including a washer and dryer.

Keep in mind

Guests will be charged in full for any damage or violations of the house rules. Guests must be 18+ years of age to make a reservation. All guests must complete an online check-in form, which may require a photo of guests’ government-issued ID and personal information. Check-in starts at 4 pm, and checkout is at 11 am. Early check-in or late checkout may be requested but is not guaranteed. Smoking or vaping violations are subject to a 250 USD fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, or repair damages. Illegal drugs of any kind are prohibited. Parties, gatherings, or events and excessive noise are not allowed. Only the guests listed are allowed on the property. Do not share access to the property with anyone other than who’s on your guest list. Commercial business work without written consent, illegal activity, and possession of firearms are strictly prohibited. Overnight guests that exceed the number stated in the reservation are not allowed. Pets are not allowed, and violation of the pet policy may result in a fine. Guests are responsible for covering the cost to replace lost keys, key cards, fobs, or parking passes. Guests take full responsibility for loss, injury, or damage that occur on the premises and its facilities. Guests must report any property damage to customer service. Unreported damages will be charged to the guest’s credit card. Booking a reservation constitutes an agreement to comply with the House Rules. Guests who violate these rules are liable for any associated damages, fees, costs, or expenses and may be removed from the property.
