Bedroom one features a queen-size bed, bedroom two offers a king-size bed, and bedroom three includes one full-size and two twin-size beds. Additionally, the living room is equipped with a full-size sofa bed. The garage can be used for tailgating or storage, although parking is not permitted. An iron is available in the laundry room, and a hairdryer is provided in the bathroom. For outdoor cooking, a gas griddle is located in the garage and should be pulled outside for use.

Guests will be charged in full for any damage or violations of the house rules. Early check-in or late checkout may be requested but is not guaranteed. Smoking or vaping violations incur a 250 USD fine plus cleaning costs. Illegal drugs, including marijuana, are prohibited. Parties, gatherings, or excessive noise are not allowed, and only listed guests are permitted on the property. Pets are not allowed, and violation of the pet policy may result in a fine. Guests are responsible for lost keys or access items and must report any property damage. Booking a reservation constitutes agreement to comply with the house rules, and violations may result in removal from the property.
