Upon entering, you'll find a spacious living area open to a kitchen and dining space. The living room features a sofa sleeper, TV with VCR and DVD player, and a balcony with views of the plaza and San Sofia Ridge. The full kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances, provides seating for four at the breakfast bar, while the adjacent dining room seats six. A bathroom with a walk-in shower is located on this level. Ascend the spiral stairs to a loft with a queen bed and a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

The attached unit includes a sitting area, a nook with a queen bed, a TV with a VCR and DVD player, and a kitchenette on the main floor. The bathroom features a shower/tub combo. Spiral stairs lead up to the loft, which has two twin beds, recommended for children. The complex offers a common laundry room and ski lockers for each unit, and the ski runs are less than 100 feet from the building, making this unit ski-in/ski-out.

Add-ons

This condo includes one parking space in the Blue Mesa parking garage. Additional parking is available at the intercept lot for $25.00 per night. A pack n' play travel crib and a high chair are available upon request in advance.

Keep in mind

Two of the bedrooms do not have doors and therefore cannot be considered private. There is no A/C at this property, and the fireplace is inoperable. Service animals are allowed, but undisclosed pets will incur a fine of $500 per pet. The golf course is members-only, and guests do not have access. Construction projects occur around town during the summer, with working hours from 8 am to 7 pm. This is a smoke-free property, and violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $300 smoking fee and liability for any fire or property damage costs. Occupancy limits and quiet hours (9 pm-8 am) are strictly enforced, and violation of noise ordinances may result in fines up to $10,000 per violation. Unauthorized parties or events will be shut down, and a fine will be assessed. IDs will be requested for verification after booking.
