Construction projects occur around town during the summer, with working hours from 8 am to 7 pm. This is a smoke-free property, and violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $300 smoking fee and liability for any fire or property damage costs. Occupancy limits and quiet hours (9 pm-8 am) are strictly enforced, and violation of noise ordinances may result in fines up to $10,000 per violation. Unauthorized parties or events will be shut down, and a fine will be assessed. IDs will be requested for verification after booking.
