Park City’s Old Town and historic Main Street, a 15-minute drive away, boast a plethora of shopping, restaurants, and entertainment to enjoy all year round.

Guests have access to a 24/7 support team and a tech-enabled concierge to book services, such as fridge stocking, mid-stay cleanings, and private chefs.

Pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home, there is a fine of $500 per pet. There is a queen Murphy bed in the living room. Occupancy includes an additional one beyond bed count, and a trifold floor mattress and additional linens can be provided upon request. There is no washer/dryer in the unit, but community laundry facilities are available in the building. This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $300 smoking fee and liability for any fire or property damage costs. Occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems are provided for use in the property. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit. We report and prosecute all credit card fraud.
