The bedroom area includes two full beds, a twin-over-twin bunk bed, a luxurious king-size bed, and a cozy queen-size bed, ensuring ample space for everyone to rest. Outside, a fenced backyard offers relaxation and entertainment with picnic table seating and a charcoal grill.

A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee. Pets must be crated when left unattended, and are not allowed on furniture or beds. All waste must be cleaned up from the yard. Additional cleaning costs due to pets will be charged.

The house has a digital combo lock pad, and the code will be provided upon check-in. This is a transitioning neighborhood, and while previous guests have had varied experiences, there have been no security issues. If concerned about the neighborhood, consider booking elsewhere.
