Sitting right on the beautiful Hiwassee River, the lovely scenery is the first thing to take in. With views of the river, rolling hills, and mature trees surrounding the home, it is Tennessee nature at its finest. The multi-level home offers multiple southern-style porches, allowing guests to spend ample time outside. The main level offers open concept living. Enjoy relaxing in the cozy living room with a love seat, sofa, and flat-screen TV complete with Roku. The eat-in kitchen offers doors leading directly to the beautiful screened-in porch. The lower level of the home has a cozy den, a full bathroom, and a bedroom with two full beds. The main level of the house also contains a full bathroom and a bedroom with a queen-size bed. There is a steeper set of stairs leading to the upper level, which has a jack and jill bathroom shared between a bedroom with a king-size bed and a bedroom with two twins over full bunk beds. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee. Pets must be crated when left unattended in the home. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this.

The dock is not currently accessible by boat. Guests are welcome to use the boat ramp about a mile away to put in and take out at the end of the day but will not be able to pull up to the dock at this time. The dock is still accessible by land. The home has satellite internet which can be spotty. The home is on a slough with little to no water for dock use from mid-October to May. Water levels begin rising in April and decreasing in October. The house has a digital combo lock pad, and the code will be provided upon check-in. Check-in and check-out are automated, and support is available if needed. There is a steeper set of stairs which could be challenging for elderly folks or anyone with mobility issues.
