Welcome to this spacious 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home that can accommodate up to 13 guests. Featuring a fully equipped eat-in kitchen, a master suite with a private bath and walk-in closet, onsite laundry, private parking, and a delightful backyard with a charming sunroom, this home is perfect for gatherings with family and friends. Major grocery stores, restaurants, and easy highway access are all within a few miles, offering a great location to enjoy the amenities of Columbia while being just outside the city.

Guests will enter the home using a digital door code. The front porch features a bistro table for enjoying the surrounding nature. Inside, the foyer leads to the main living space, complete with a sofa, smart TV, and cozy chair in front of an electric fireplace. A large dining table with bench seats and bar-height seating is perfect for meals prepared in the fully equipped kitchen nearby. The master bedroom with a king bed, large closet, and master bathroom is just off the living room. The second bedroom has a twin bed, and the third bedroom features a queen bed. The loft/fourth bedroom, accessible via stairs behind a door near the entrance, includes three queen beds and two twin beds. The sunroom and a small patio with two chairs and a charcoal grill in the backyard offer additional spaces to relax.

A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee. Pets must be crated when left unattended, are not allowed on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. Additional cleaning costs due to pets will be charged if necessary.

Guests will have full access to the entire home and yard. Check-in instructions with a door code will be sent 24 hours prior to check-in once the rental agreement has been signed and check-in information has been received. We offer contact-free self check-in and are available by phone or message if needed. Guests must be 21 years of age to book. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, cleaning costs will be charged.
