This unit features three bedrooms: the first with a queen-size bed, the second with a full bed, and the third with both a full and a queen bed. A washer and dryer are available for guest use, and the back deck with a BBQ grill is perfect for gatherings. Unit B also offers digital keypad entry into an open-concept living space, where a cozy living room with a queen sofa bed and SmartTV flows into a fully equipped kitchen with a farm table. Down the hall, you'll find a laundry room, a full bathroom with a stand-up shower, and three bedrooms: the first with a full bed, the second with a queen bed, and the last with a twin bed, a separate sitting area, and a desk for work or studying.

Add-ons

Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee. A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this.

The last bedroom in Unit B includes a separate sitting area and a desk, providing a convenient space for work or studying.

The house features a digital keypad at the front door for full and private access, with the code provided upon check-in.
