The condo is dog-friendly with a pet fee of $59 per dog, with a maximum of two dogs allowed. If not registered, a fee of $120 per dog will be charged. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds, and additional fees apply for any damage or excess hair.
A workstation is available for rent, including a 32” monitor, wireless keyboard, and mouse. A laptop computer is not included.
Guests must be at least 21 years old to make a reservation. Contact-free check-in is available via a combination lockbox. The condo is located in a pedestrian-friendly neighborhood with easy access to Uptown via the streetcar. Smoking and parties are not allowed, and violations may incur penalties.
