The spacious living room includes a large, upholstered sofa that pulls out into an additional bed and a flatscreen television with streaming and Live TV. The kitchen features a gourmet gas range, convection oven, refrigerator with an ice maker, dishwasher, and stackable washer and dryer. Granite countertops complete the kitchen, which comes fully equipped with essentials such as measuring cups, spoons, mixing bowls, roasting pans, and a garlic press. The adjacent dining room comfortably seats four. The screen porch area is perfect for enjoying morning coffee or tea.

A workstation with a monitor, keyboard, and mouse is available for rent for $10.00 per day. There is ample on-site parking next to the building. The property is dog-friendly with a registration cost of $59 per dog (two maximum). If a dog is not registered, a charge of $120 per dog applies. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds, and additional fees may apply for hair, stains, damage, or waste. Single beds can be joined into a king-sized bed for a one-time $50 fee. A pack n’ play and/or highchair can be requested with at least 24-hour advance notice.
