The villa boasts a modern rectangular pool with a luxurious sun shelf, surrounded by an expansive cobblestone patio, loungers, and an outdoor dining area. Each adult bedroom features a king-size bed, ensuring comfort for all guests. The backyard also includes a brand-new sand bocce court, perfect for leisurely afternoons.

This home accepts a maximum of 2 pets, subject to approval and an additional fee of $150 per pet. Pool heat is available as a paid feature and must be requested 24-48 hours before check-in, but is not available during the summer months (April 1 - October 31). Parking is available in designated property locations, and street parking is subject to posted signage.

This is a smoke-free property, and violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $300 smoking fee and liability for any fire or property damage costs. Occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced, with fines up to $10,000 for noise ordinance violations. Unauthorized events or parties will be shut down and incur fines. Enhanced cleaning and sanitation protocols are in place, and guests are advised to deny access to vendors not adhering to PPE standards. IDs will be requested for verification after booking.
