Add-ons

Guests have access to the entire apartment and all building amenities. Pets are allowed with a maximum of two pets (40lbs combined) and certain breed restrictions. An additional pet fee is based on the length of stay and is collected separately. All pets must be on a leash when outside on the property.

Keep in mind

The property is a smoke-free environment, and any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees starting at $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission, and only one towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM. The home is monitored with decibel sensors to ensure compliance with the noise policy. Long-term stays (30 days or more) are subject to a background search and credit check. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and violating this rule will result in police involvement.
