Pets are allowed depending on size, with an additional cleaning fee. For stays of 1-4 nights, the fee is $25 per night. For stays of 5-29 nights, the fee is $200, and for stays of 30+ nights, the fee is $300. Surveillance cameras are in the hallways for security and a Minut device is in the unit for noise level monitoring. The pool is closed during the winter season and will reopen next summer.

Guests have full access to the entire apartment, ensuring a private and comfortable stay. Self-check-in is available for your convenience. We respect your privacy but are always available to assist with any questions or concerns. Guest verification prior to stay is required, including providing a copy of your official government-issued photo ID and possibly completing a criminal background check. All guests are subject to verification checks and are required to provide the necessary information within 24 hours of booking. Same-day bookings must provide the information within 1 hour of booking. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation that does not meet our verification check criteria.
