About the neighborhood
This building is located on a quiet residential street in the West End/Outskirts of Over-The-Rhine. Many people know our neighborhood, Over the Rhine, as Cincinnati's downtown, food, and nightlife destination because of the extensive national media that has received. One block east of this property are a number of vacant properties that are in the process of being rehabbed, while just a few blocks southwest you'll find Findlay Market, where thousands of tourists and locals visit each weekend for Ohio's longest-running farmers market. Getting around is a breeze, you are just a 3-5 minute drive from the closest Streetcar stop, where you can hop on and go just about anywhere in the city. Walk to TQL Stadium which is 0.7 miles away, or grab a quick Uber or Lyft to anywhere in the downtown area.
