The pet policy includes a fee of $200 per pet with a limit of two pets unless otherwise approved. Pets must weigh 25 lbs or less, and restricted breeds include Pit Bull, Doberman, Rottweiler, and German Shepherd. Pet registration is required, and pets must wear a current rabies tag when on the premises. Management reserves the right to request proof of vaccination in cases of aggressive behavior or if a pet bites another guest. Parking is limited to a maximum of two vehicles per condo.
