Add-ons

Pets are welcome for a fee of $100 per pet per stay. A pet fee will be applied to cover the cleaning of pet hair. If any waste beyond hair is found, an additional cleaning fee of $35 to $50 will be charged. Cleaning up after your pet is your responsibility, and pets should not be left unattended in the home. Pool maintenance is scheduled every Thursday, and while the pool is not heated, it's perfect for cooling off and enjoying the beautiful weather.

Home office set-up

A washer and dryer, along with complimentary detergent and dryer sheets, make it easy to manage longer stays. Guests have full, exclusive access to the entire home and all its amenities, with a completely contactless check-in process available 24/7. Keep in mind

Respect for neighbors is important, so ensure that you do not impede on the neighbors' property or use their driveway at any time. To maintain efficiency and effectiveness, the AC will not operate with doors open. Please ensure all doors are closed when the AC is running. Keep the umbrellas closed when not in use to prevent damage and ensure safety during windy conditions. Supervise children in the backyard, which features a hardscape with rocks. Our trusted partner expertly manages the property, ensuring your stay is enjoyable and seamless. For any urgent issues after hours, a 24-hour emergency line is available, guaranteeing support at any time during your stay.
