Parking is available in the Brandywine garage across the street for $40 plus tax per night. Metered parking is available along Howard Ave. for $3 per hour from 8am to 7pm, Monday through Saturday, and is free on Sundays. This pet-friendly property requires a fee of $150 plus tax for the first pet and an additional $250 plus tax for a second pet, regardless of size or breed.

Keep in mind

Surveillance cameras are present at the entrances and exits for guest and property protection, but not inside the apartment. The apartment is pet-friendly with applicable fees.
