Keep in mind

The home is old and has some quirks, such as narrow stairs to the second floor and sloping ceilings, so please watch your head as you go up and down. The driveway is very narrow, so be careful not to hit the side of the house or the curb if you park all the way at the back or in the garage. Please be courteous to neighbors and keep the noise to a minimum when outside. If smoking of any kind takes place inside, there will be a minimum charge of $500 for extra cleaning. Smoking outside is permitted. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed for an additional $40 per night with a maximum of $240. No underage consumption or drugs are allowed and no parties or large gatherings are permitted. Please remove your shoes when entering the house to help keep the space clean and comfortable for everyone. While a small list of checkout instructions is provided, they are not mandatory but greatly appreciated to ensure a seamless transition for the next guests.
