Welcome to Seaside Retreat at Mustang Isle Condos! This cozy 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo comfortably accommodates up to 5 guests, making it the perfect spot for a relaxing beach getaway. The condo includes a queen-sized bed in the first bedroom and a queen-sized and twin-sized bed in the second bedroom, both equipped with flat-screen TVs. The chef’s kitchen is fully stocked with standard appliances, a large refrigerator, ample cabinetry, and a drip coffee maker. The living room offers plush seating and an open floor concept leading to the kitchen and dining area.

Parking is available for 2 cars, and boat parking is available for smaller boats. If you're interested in a long-term stay, please reach out to inquire about availability. Winter Texan Rate is available from November to March 1 at $1,300 monthly plus fees.

Keep in mind

Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. No pets and no parties are allowed, with violations potentially resulting in immediate termination of the stay. Port Aransas is constantly evolving with ongoing construction and community improvements, which may result in some noise. Island life comes with seasonal pests like mosquitoes, and professional pest control treatments are provided monthly. Cable and Wi-Fi connectivity might be unpredictable, and service interruptions will not qualify for discounts or reimbursements. Parking is limited to 2 cars max. Guest verification is required, including a simple screening process within 48 hours of booking confirmation. A non-refundable $50 damage waiver is required, covering accidental damage during your stay if reported before check-out.
