Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. No pets and no parties are allowed, with violations potentially resulting in immediate termination of the stay. Island life comes with seasonal pests like mosquitoes, and professional pest control treatments are provided monthly. Cable and Wi-Fi connectivity might be unpredictable, and service interruptions will not qualify for discounts or reimbursements. Parking is limited to 2 cars max. Guest verification is required, including a simple screening process within 48 hours of booking confirmation. A non-refundable $50 damage waiver is required, covering accidental damage during your stay if reported before check-out.
