The downstairs living space provides ample couch seating, a pull-out sofa bed, a lay-down futon, a smart TV, and a dedicated workspace with a desk and chair. The property offers covered parking for one vehicle and driveway parking for 1-2 vehicles, with limited street parking for 2-3 additional vehicles. Pets are allowed on a case-by-case basis, with thorough cleaning between each reservation, though pet dander may be encountered during your stay.

Keep in mind

The entire space, including the house, garage, and backyard, is exclusively for guest use. There are two owner/housekeeping closets and an outdoor shed that will remain locked. Access to the home is through the main front entrance. A digital guidebook is provided for helpful information about the home and surrounding area. Our team is available to respond to emergencies within 15 minutes.
