Each level has its own remodeled bathroom with pedestal sinks and tiled shower surrounds, ensuring convenience for large groups. Modern comforts include central air and new windows for energy efficiency, and laundry convenience with washer and dryer hookups.

Add-ons

A private parking lot with space for 8 cars is available, eliminating street parking worries. Guests must provide a valid driver’s license or ID and sign a Rental Agreement after booking to receive arrival instructions. Parties and unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and hosts reserve the right to withhold arrival instructions from guests with negative or low reviews, are under 25 years old, and/or live closer than 100 miles from the home. PET FEES: A one-time fee is required based on the length of stay: $35 for less than 5 nights, $50 for 5 - 30 nights, and $100 for 30+ nights prorated daily, or $75 for each additional full month booked.
