Add-ons

Max 2 pets with a combined weight of 40lbs are allowed, excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs. An additional pet fee is based on stay length and collected separately. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. Additionally, the presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays or experiences.

Keep in mind

This property is a smoke-free environment. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the suite, including balconies, patios, or common and parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term stays (30 days or more) will be subject to a background search and credit check. No weapons or drugs are allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule.
