Note that stairs may be required as the property is not wheelchair accessible.

The property has a security camera at the front entrance that records 24/7 without audio. Smoking, parties, and pets are not allowed, and there is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. No outside guests are allowed without permission, and only one towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal, and the presence of emotional support animals can be declined.
