A damage waiver fee of $36 is included in the reservation for accidental property damage. An additional guest fee is $10. The pool is only open from May to September, from Memorial Day to Labor Day, and access is for registered guests only. Each reservation includes two people to be registered, and additional guests can be registered for an extra supplement. Bath towels are not provided. The HVAC system is centralized and operates according to municipal regulations and seasonal cycles to comply with environmental regulations. Heating is in full operation from October 15 to May 1, and air conditioning is in full operation from May 15 to October 1. Between transitions, HVAC operation is at the discretion of the building association based on the outside temperature. Only one parking spot will be available for your stay. If you need an additional one, you will need to find alternative parking in the area. Display your parking permit on the dashboard or rearview mirror. Do not park in handicapped spaces unless you have a valid permit. A brief guest screening is required prior to check-in. If the screening is not approved, or if you choose not to proceed, the reservation will be canceled.
