Relax and recharge your batteries in the building's fully equipped fitness center and enjoy the business center that offers you a quiet space to concentrate. Parking is available for just $20 per night and only one parking spot will be available for your stay. If you need an additional one, you will need to find alternative parking in the area.

Keep in mind

For the safety and security of all residents and guests, the building requires a brief guest screening prior to check-in. If the screening is not approved, or if you choose not to proceed, the reservation will be canceled. The pool is only open from May to September and access is for registered guests only. Each reservation includes two people to be registered. If you need to check in additional guests, they will be available for an extra supplement. The HVAC system is centralized and operates according to municipal regulations and seasonal cycles to comply with environmental regulations. Heating is in full operation from October 15 to May 1 and air conditioning is in full operation from May 15 to October 1. Between transitions, HVAC operation is at the discretion of the building association based on the outside temperature. Only one parking spot will be available for your stay. If you need an additional one, you will need to find alternative parking in the area. Display your parking permit on the dashboard or rearview mirror. Do not park in handicapped spaces unless you have a valid permit.
