Keep in mind

The building requires a brief screening process before check-in, which must be completed prior to arrival to avoid cancellation of your reservation. The building operates a centralized HVAC system with heating from October 15 to May 1 and air conditioning from May 15 to October 1, managed by the building association based on outdoor temperatures. For parking, please use designated spaces and display your permit clearly to avoid towing. Only one parking spot will be available for your stay. If you need an additional one, you will need to find alternative parking in the area. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items, vehicle damage, or unauthorized parking fines.
