It is one stop from Reagan National Airport and only 3 blocks away from Crystal City and Pentagon City Metro stations, with hundreds of restaurants and shops nearby.

The apartment features a spacious layout with two bedrooms and a living room. Room 1 includes a queen-size bed, a full bathroom with a bathtub, and a desk. Room 2 offers a queen-size bed with access to a shared bathroom. The living room is equipped with a sofa bed. Enjoy a large kitchen and dining room, as well as the convenience of an in-unit washing machine and dryer.

Add-ons

Parking is available for just $20 per night with only one parking spot available for your stay. If you need an additional spot, you will need to find alternative parking in the area. The pool is open from May to September, from Memorial Day to Labor Day, and access is for registered guests only. Each reservation includes two registered guests, with additional guests available for an extra supplement.

Keep in mind

The building requires a brief guest screening prior to check-in. If the screening is not approved, or if you choose not to proceed, the reservation will be canceled. The HVAC system is centralized and operates according to municipal regulations and seasonal cycles. Heating is in full operation from October 15 to May 1, and air conditioning is in full operation from May 15 to October 1. Between transitions, HVAC operation is at the discretion of the building association based on the outside temperature. Only one parking spot will be available for your stay. To avoid being towed, please park in the designated space and display your parking permit on the dashboard or rearview mirror. Do not park in handicapped spaces unless you have a valid permit. Bath towels are not provided, and a laptop computer is not included.
