Enjoy a cozy getaway in this thoughtfully designed home, tailored to meet your every need. Featuring a welcoming decor to make you feel at home, this vacation retreat offers a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable bedroom with a queen-size bed, a spacious living room with a TV, and a full bathroom. With the added convenience of a washer and dryer, this home is perfect for a relaxing and well-connected stay.
Convenient parking is available for an additional $20 per night, only 1 parking spot will be available for your stay. If you need an additional one, you will need to find alternative parking in the area. Access to the rooftop pool is for registered guests only and is open from May to September. Each reservation includes two people to be registered, and additional guests can be registered for an extra supplement.
For the safety and security of all residents and guests, the building requires a brief guest screening prior to check-in. If the screening is not approved, or if you choose not to proceed, the reservation will be canceled. The HVAC system is centralized and operates according to municipal regulations and seasonal cycles. Heating is in full operation from October 15 to May 1, and air conditioning is in full operation from May 15 to October 1. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items, towing, or damage to your vehicle while parked on our property. To avoid being towed away, please park in the designated space and display your parking permit on the dashboard or rearview mirror. Do not park in handicapped spaces unless you have a valid permit. We do not provide bath towels.
