Parking is available for just $20 per night, with only 1 parking spot available for your stay. If you need an additional one, you will need to find alternative parking in the area. Enjoy a cozy lounge, stay active in the equipped gym, or prepare a delicious barbecue in the common area with a beautiful patio with sunbathing areas.

For the safety and security of all residents and guests, the building requires a brief guest screening prior to check-in. If the screening is not approved, or if you choose not to proceed, the reservation will be canceled. The pool is only open from May to September (from Memorial Day to Labor Day) and access is for registered guests only. Each reservation includes two people to be registered, and additional guests will incur an extra supplement. To avoid being towed away, please park in the designated space and use your parking pass to park in the building garage. Only 1 parking spot will be available for your stay. If you need an additional one, you will need to find alternative parking in the area. Do not park in handicapped spaces unless you have a valid permit. A laptop computer is not included. We do not provide washcloths.
