While this home does not allow pets, we may have other homes available that welcome your pets. We are happy to provide both a Pack and Play and high chair. These must be reserved in advance and a $25 rental fee will be charged. If you are booking a flat in Washington DC, we might have parking options available. Please inquire about advanced parking space reservations. There is a shared washer and dryer in the common space.

Our home offers contactless seamless and easy self check-in. A code will be set for you and shared 48 hours before your arrival. Smoking of any kind (marijuana, cigarettes, or vaping) is not permitted anywhere in the interior of our building or within fifty feet of our building, including outdoor spaces. Should our team or neighbors report the odor of smoke, we will terminate your stay, claim any and all damages, including a $500 smoking fee. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. All homes are equipped with noise monitoring devices, and noise levels exceeding normal levels are grounds for ending your stay. In the event we are notified of any excess noise, music, gathering, or parties, a representative will respond and your reservation will be terminated without refund. There may be times where the home needs unexpected or scheduled preventative maintenance. While we do our best not to interrupt your stay, sometimes this cannot be avoided thus we reserve the right to gain access to the properties at any time, after providing our guests with 24-hour written notice. Please confirm that you accept the following House Rules and Responsibilities on behalf of yourself and guests. A violation of the House Rules can result in an immediate termination of your reservation without refund. Cooking grease, food, coffee grinds, feminine products, baby wipes, dental floss, Q-tips, diapers, pills, and paper towels should not be flushed down the toilet or put down drains or in the garbage disposal. If found that these cause plumbing issues, we can and will charge the guest.
