A well-appointed bathroom with fresh towels, toiletries, and a shower/tub combo adds convenience.

Keep in mind

For the safety and security of all residents and guests, the building requires a brief guest screening prior to check-in. Basic essentials such as shampoo, soap, and cooking essentials are provided for your first nights, but towels are not included, so please bring your own. The centralized HVAC system operates based on municipal regulations and environmental standards, with heating fully operational from October 15 to May 1 and air conditioning from May 15 to October 1. Only one parking spot will be available for your stay, and parking in yellow spaces may result in towing at your expense. A screening process is required before check-in to ensure the safety of all guests.
