Guests will have full private access to the entire basement level apartment, as well as access to the backyard space to enjoy the patio area with a fire pit available.

The sounds of everyday living can be heard at times in the apartment as the hosts live upstairs. However, the family is very responsive to managing the noise level, and you can expect the home to be fully quiet after 8pm daily. There is a strict no-smoking policy, and a $500 cleaning fee will be charged immediately if traces of smoking are found in the house. This policy also includes no smoking of E-Cigarettes inside the house, but you are free to smoke outside as long as there is no debris left and no fire hazard to the house and neighbors.
