The home includes a cozy screened-in sunroom for lounging, a fully equipped kitchen with essential appliances, a dining area that seats four to six comfortably, and a living area where you can enjoy your favorite movies on the smart TV with Netflix and Disney+. The Master bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom, and a washer and dryer are available for your convenience.

Off-street parking is available in the driveway, with additional free street parking. Pet is allowed with an additional non-refundable pet fee of $80.00 per pet per stay for a maximum of five nights. For stays longer than five nights, a fee of $10 per additional night will apply.

Guests will have total private access to the upper levels of the home, comprising the living spaces, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. The basement is a completely separated unit and is not part of the rental. It is occupied most of the time. Guests are responsible for cleaning the pool with the skimmer net provided to clear out the leaves. The pool and hot tub are closed during winter. The grill is complementary, so guests are responsible for propane and cleaning the grill after use. Self contact-less check-in is available, and we are only a message away should you need anything during your stay.
