While this home is not suitable for pets, there are parking spaces available for compact vehicles only, at a rate of $300 a month each. A Pack and Play and/or high chair can be reserved in advance for a $25 rental fee.

Smoking of any kind (marijuana, cigarettes, or vaping) is not permitted anywhere in the interior of the building or within fifty feet of the building, including outdoor spaces. Should the odor of smoke be reported, your stay will be terminated, and a $500 smoking fee will be charged. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. All homes are equipped with noise monitoring devices, and noise levels exceeding normal levels are grounds for ending your stay. In the event of excess noise, music, gathering, or parties, a representative will respond, and your reservation will be terminated without refund. There is a non-functioning fireplace in the home for decorative purposes only. Cooking grease, food, coffee grinds, feminine products, baby wipes, dental floss, Q-tips, diapers, pills, and paper towels should not be flushed or put down drains. If these cause plumbing issues, charges will apply. There may be times where the home needs unexpected or scheduled preventative maintenance. Access to the property may be required after providing 24-hour written notice.
