Smoking of any kind is not permitted anywhere in the interior of the building or within fifty feet of the building, including outdoor spaces. A $500 smoking fee will be charged if the odor of smoke is reported. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. All homes are equipped with noise monitoring devices, and noise levels exceeding normal levels are grounds for ending your stay. In the event of excess noise, music, gathering or parties, a representative will respond and your reservation will be terminated without refund. All buildings and homes are equipped with exterior cameras that record the exterior and common areas, including all entries to the building. The home is a 4th floor walkup, and the building does not have an elevator. The home is protected by Truvi, and if you book a short-term rental under 30 days, you will be contacted by Truvi to verify yourself prior to check-in. Certain items should not be flushed down the toilet or put down drains, as they can cause plumbing issues and result in charges.
