Your new home includes hardwood floors, elegant furnishings, a queen-sized bed, mini-split air conditioning and heating, and a laundry room in the building. The windows are outfitted with blackout curtains, helping ensure a restful sleep. The kitchen is stocked with the necessary equipment you'll need to create delicious home meals. Stainless steel appliances give the kitchen a modern upgrade. Beautiful wood floors run throughout this home. The tiled bathroom is also stocked with preferred Lather products so you can begin your stay in luxury.

While this home is not suitable for pets, we may have other options available which welcome pets. There are parking spaces available for compact vehicles only, at a rate of $300 a month, each. We are happy to provide both a Pack and Play and high chair. These must be reserved in advance and a $25 rental fee will be charged.

Our home is contactless with seamless and easy self check-in. A code will be set for you and shared 48 hours before your arrival. We take your happiness and comfort seriously. No request is too big or too small for our team and we strive to make your stay as comfortable and memorable as possible.

Smoking of any kind (marijuana, cigarettes, or vaping) is not permitted anywhere in the interior of our building or within fifty feet of our building, including outdoor spaces. Should our team or neighbors report the odor of smoke we will terminate your stay, claim any and all damages, including a $500 smoking fee. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. All homes are equipped with noise monitoring devices and noise levels exceeding normal levels are grounds for ending your stay. In the event we are notified of any excess noise, music, gathering or parties a representative will respond and your reservation will be terminated without refund. All buildings and homes are equipped with some type of exterior camera that records the exterior and common areas to include all entries to the building. Cooking grease, food, coffee grinds, feminine products, baby wipes, dental floss, Q-tips, diapers, pills, and paper towels should not be flushed down the toilet or put down drains or in the garbage disposal. If found that these cause plumbing issues, guests can be charged. There may be times where the home needs unexpected or scheduled preventative maintenance. While we do our best not to interrupt your stay, sometimes this cannot be avoided thus we reserve the right to gain access to the properties at any time, after providing our guests with 24-hour written notice.
